Vladimir Kulikov, Executive Secretary of the World Public Forum Dialogue of Civilizations
Born 5 September 1956 in Russia
Mr. Kulikov is Ph.D. in history.
Mr. Kulikov graduated from Institute of Asian and African Countries (Moscow State University) in 1977. Form 1977 to 1991 Mr. Kulikov has been a researcher in the Institute for Oriental Studies (Russian Academy of Sciences) and from 1991 to1995 he has been Deputy Chairman of this Institute.
Currently (since 2003) he works in the Executive Committee of WPF «Dialogue of Civilizations».
