Mr. Kapur has been involved in the World Public Forum “Dialogue of Civilizations” development since its very beginning. His transcendent wisdom and brilliant reflections on the up-to-date world affairs agenda, his knowledge and prophetic insights form the major guidelines for the world development today and WPF activities in particular.

This is a great honor and privilege for all of us in WPF Executive Committee and among WPF staff members to work with Mr. Kapur. We are happy that his outstanding personality enlightens the Rhodes Forum and wish him health, happiness and prosperity!
