On September 18-19, 2009 scientists, politicians and political analysts from Western, Central and Eastern Europe will participate in the International Conference “Wider Europe: East and West Dialogue” in Odessa to discuss the reasons, the state and the prospects of the system crisis which has influenced the world and made the relations between the European East and West more complicated. The conference is organized by the World Public Forum (hereafter - WPF) “Dialogue of Civilizations”, the Odessa National Academy of Law and the Kharkov National Karazin University.
